All cremators of the above said crematoria is provided and installed by IFZW, a German company which specializes in construction, distribution and assembly of environmental incinerators since early 1930s.

The coffin [1] is placed in front of the cremator on the coffin conveyor [2], while the average temperatures of the main chamber [3] and the secondary chamber [4] attained 650°C and 850°C respectively 10 minutes before the coffin insertion, controller will open the furnace door [5] and the cremation process will then be started. The coffin will stay in the main chamber for not less than 55 minutes; controller will then open the furnace door again to inspect whether the primary cremation is satisfactory. According to controller judgment, ashes will then be rotated to the mineralization chamber [7] through the main chamber rotary plate [6] (so-called: #1 rotary plate). After next 30 minimum minutes of mineralization, ashes will then be rotated to the cooling chamber [9] for cooling down through the mineralization chamber rotary plate [8] (so-called: #2 rotary plate). Ashes after cooling will then be rotated to the ashes container [11] for collection and pulverization through the cooling chamber rotary plate [10] (so-called: #3 rotary plate).
